Janet Renn is a real caring nurse she will sit and listen to my problems without her interrupting. She would then examine me and give me sound advice in plain English so that i understand she is the best person i have seen at Kings Heath medical center and i trust her diagnosis every time.

Mrs Renn was the only medical staff to take the time to listen to me, ask me questions, discuss my symptoms and my worries with regards to the medication suggested. She was friendly and approachable, i didnt feel dismissed and uncomfortable like with other GPs. She also made sure i came back regularly to see her and assess my progress. She has restored my faith in GPs and I would only go to see her from now on.

I have pain 24/7 with 3 slip disc and fibromyalgia and ibs , arthritis migraine High Blood pressure , I have been seeing nurse Janet rann know for a few months now and she has been amazing and got me on the right track with my meds and referrals to get thing checked out Am so happy I have an understanding just a that have's my back I we recorded mend her to other that are needed the right support

Iv known Janet for many years ....iv always had exceptional care from her,over the last 3 years my health has gota lot worse with a chronic pain condition and she has helped me so much not only finding the right medication to help ease my sypmtoms but helping me through some very tough timesin life.....would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this lady if you want fantastic care
